About Us

About the owner, Bessy Lim is the founder of Agua De Vida Spa. She has been here in San Gabriel with the spa since 2008. Before opening Agua De Vida Spa, she worked in a very stressful career that kept her there 12 hours a day so she knows what it’s like to be stressed out with work and life itself. She also has 2 beautiful daughters that have kept her motivated in her career and they are one of the reasons why she strives to be successful in life. Her main goal when opening the spa was to help people with their skin needs as well as help them relieve stress. She learned what spas were all about when she had her first service which was a facial, it was then that she realized how great she felt when she left that spa and that’s when she knew; that taking care of people and pampering them is what she wanted to do. She also learned in her travels throughout the world that not all spas are the same but here at Agua de Vida Spa, Bessy and her employees will make sure that you will have an unforgettable spa experience. To help her clients in the best ways possible, Bessy is certified in several different fields in the spa industry. She has also learned since Agua De Vida has been open that making her customer’s feel that they are number one along with having excellent customer service is what keeps her clients coming back time and time again.

	Hi! My name is Maricruz Guerra I graduated in 2005 with 600 hours in massage therapy from American College in Los Angeles. I love working as a massage therapist at Agua de Vida Spa just as much as I enjoyed my classes. I feel a sense of accomplishment when people tell me they feel much better after one of my massages.
	Hello! My name is Jennifer White CMT; I am licensed and insured through CAMTC and ABMP. I completed the seven hundred and forty hour Advanced Massage Therapy program at Southern California Health Institute in North Hollywood CA. I am passionate about developing my massage skills and learning as much as I can about the anatomy and physiology of the human body so that I am better equipped to help others. My long-term educational goal is to complete my undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and peruse a doctorate in Physical Therapy. My mission in life is to help people achieve a higher level of health and a sense of well being and joy.

I’m here to help you to book your appointments and answer any questions you might have about the services and products as well as offer you the best customer service. I’m currently attending the University of La Verne where I’m studying to be a physical therapist.
