Carpal tunnel would be hands, arms, shoulders and neck. TMJ would be face, head / scalp, neck, shoulders and upper back where as the 30 minute would have time to focus on affected area with some light massage on the corresponding spots, unilaterally (if a unilateral condition), if bilateral 30 minutes would allow time for the affected area bilaterally .
