Swedish Massage - $100 (60 min) $130 (90 min)

Relaxation and rejuvenation is what this massage was designed for. Your massage therapist will apply light to medium pressure using long smooth strokes, kneading and circular movements on superficial layers of muscle using massage lotion or oil. The Swedish massage improves blood circulation and releases toxin’s in your body that have collected over time. If you have never had a massage before, this is a good one to try first.

With this relaxing massage the therapist uses slower strokes with deeper pressure and focuses on specific areas for deeper relief. A deep tissue massage is perfect for those with chronic muscle aches, repetitive strain on the muscles, postural problems or recovery from injury as it targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue.

This massage is especially good for people that have migraine headaches, cluster headaches or for stress and chronic pains in the neck and shoulder area. This massage is targeted to release the tension in your head, neck and shoulders also relaxing you with a soothing face and scalp massage. It is a combination of anatomy, joint movement, trigger points, stretching, and technical massage to address the most used and abused area in the body. Not only will your aches and pains be relieved but it also clears blocks in your energy channels which can be a buildup of negative energy, which in turn make your symptoms more severe. This massage also includes organic essential oils of your choice.

Reflexology-$40 (30 min) $75 (60 min)

Activate the healing powers of your body with a reflexology massage. This massage incorporates the modern zone therapy of the human body and the ancient Asian traditions in massage for the hands, feet and ears. It is better known for a foot massage but is more than just that. Reflexology is very relaxing as it corresponds with different organs and systems in the body as pressure points can be applied to certain points in the foot. This is great for someone who stands on their feet for long periods of time.

Plantar Fasciitis Massage - $ 40 (30 min) $ 75 (60 min)

Plantar fasciitis is a painful and debilitating condition that is typically easy to resolve with the Plantar Fasciitis Massage. This Massage is very effective at relieving foot pain and will deeply stretch the plantar fascia at its attachments, stretch the calves, and improve blood circulation. If the foot is very tender and inflamed, the massage should be done slowly, incrementally stretching the fascia, muscles and tendons. Both men and women suffer from this condition but mostly women who wear high heels often suffer the most. The reason is, most high heels don’t have arch support and the arches strain to stretch and flex increasing pressure on the fore foot. Carpal Tunnel will also cause weakness and muscle damage in the wrist, hands and fingers if left unattended for long periods of time. This Massage warms and softens the lymph (which has gotten compacted) and pushes it out of the tissues. The massage is very light and will re-balance the flexors and extensors at the same time lengthening the muscles so they can become strong again and return to their full range of motion.

TMJ / Facial Massage -$40 (30 min) $75(60 min)

Temporomandibular joint disorder is tightness in the “jaw joint” which can cause clicking and popping in the jaw as well as lock jaw. Massage can reduce the tension of the muscles in the joint and help to relieve the pain associated with this condition. In a 60 minute session for the plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel and TMJ massages areas that can contribute to and be affected by the disorder with also be addressed. i.e. Plantar fasciitis 60 min would be feet, calves, thighs and hips, possibly lower back. Carpal tunnel would be hands, arms, shoulders and neck. TMJ would be face, head / scalp, neck, shoulders and upper back where as the 30 minute would have time to focus on affected area with some light massage on the corresponding spots, unilaterally (if a unilateral condition), if bilateral 30 minutes would allow time for the affected area bilaterally .
