Policies

Reservations: Need to be made at least 24 hours in advance for individual treatments and 1 week in advance for spa parties. Walk- ins welcome on first serve basis.

 

Cancelation: For individual service we require a minimum of 20 hrs notice before canceling an appointment or a minimum of 4 hrs to receive a 50% refund. Cancelations for group events must be made 72 hrs in advance in order to receive a refund.

 

 Check –in: Please check in at least 30 minutes before any services. Our last appointment check in time is 1½ hour before closing.

 

Late Arrivals: Please note that if you arrive late we will make every effort to provide you with a full time service; however, if we have an appointment followed by yours we will not inconvenience the next client.

 

Quiet Environment: As a courtesy to other guess, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Cell phones and pagers are not permitted.

 

Gratuities: If you please with the service you have received, feel free to give a tip directly to your technician. Gratuities are not accepted on credit cards. For spa parties a 20% gratuity is added to the total cost of service.

 

Gift Cards: Reward someone special with a luxurious and pampering treat any time of the year! Gift cards are non- refundable but they are transferable.

 

Gift Certificate: We have gift certificates for any service or for packages at special discount price. Gift certificates are non-refundable but they are transferable. Remember gift certificates have a face value and they are not valid with any other offer.
